Welcome to Excelsior Family Connections

Portola Family Connections developed a Family Resource Center at 49 Ocean Avenue for the Excelsior district of San Francisco. Excelsior Family Connections opened its doors on the 5th of January 2004. The project is community-driven, and offers a range of support services for families that includes a Child/ Parent Drop-In program, employment resources, school readiness workshops, community celebrations, child development workshops, and information and referrals. We are dedicated to working with parents, school staff, community organizations, and relevant public agencies to implement the program for optimal success.
