Case Management

Since its opening day, Excelsior Family Connections has been providing Case Management to families living in the Excelsior district. These ongoing meetings assist families with a variety of topics ranging from finding childcare to the development of their child. We are fortunate to have staff members who are fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin to help serve the families in our community.

Information and Referral

Information and referral services are at the heart of our family resource center’s strong connection to our community. Excelsior Family Connections provides assistance with finding support services for our families, such as preschool, after-school programs, employment agencies, and healthcare. We are committed to providing language support, needed information, connections with other organizations, and persistence in getting families what they need. We also have a broad range of multilingual information brochures and flyers for other services, programs, meetings, and educational resources.

When: Monday – Friday (Year-round program)
           1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (by appointment)
